The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

Going out to lunch.

Yesterday Celestine and I went out to lunch to a Japanese Seafood Restaurant called KUMO. For you Greater Clevelanders interested in this one it is located in the Giant Eagle shopping Plaza on Snow Road in Parma Ohio. They serve their food in the Buffet style. The only thing I am not sure of is if the use MSG in their food preparations. Celestine and I cannot handle the MSG it makes us feel sick afterwords. We also did a little window shopping and unfortunately I did have a couple seizures and when we came home I slept for a couple of hours.

  1. Your day sounded so nice. I know it is frustrating to have the seizure but try not to let it steal the joy that you had prior to it. Getting out and about with your wife is a blessing.

Mike, I hope that you and Celestine have a nice weekend. The weather here is absolutely amazing and I hope that things are nice in Ohio as well. Saying a prayer for you my friend!

  4. Glad you got to go out, but sorry about the seizure and not feeling well. I've heard lots of Asian food is prepared with MSG, so that could be the problem.
Hope you have a great weekend!
