The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

  4. You bring back memories... my brother was in Viet Nam, but thank God he was only on a supply ship. What a senseless war that was for sure. Love your tunes that you have chosen. I don't think I ever heard Dire straits in this one. Thanks for sharing and joining us today. Have a rockin' week Michael!!! HUGS

  8. I want to say Thank You Mike...I hope someone has said it to you...THANK YOU! You all deserved a much better homecoming that what you got. I come from a long line of military folk and although, I do not believe in war in any form, I still support our military.

Having said that, I have not hear Dire Straights in a long time and who doesn't like Creedence!
