The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

  2. Mike,

Did I ever tell you the Monday's Music Moves Me meme you use are great? Did you come up with these? Boxcar Willie I haven't heard in years. I remember "Walbash Cannonball". Oh good heavens, "King of the Road", is like flash back to my childhood. These were great fun to hear again. :D Thanks for joining the 4M gang this week. Have a good one!

  4. King of the Road is one of my husband's favorites (if I had done a "rock crossover" like I was originally intending, that would have been one of them) City of New Orleans is a personal favorite, and I was surprised to learn recently that the Arlo Guthrie version is a cover. I was on the Auto Train (Virginia to Florida) just a couple of weeks ago and that song ran through my mind - I so love the lyrics. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
