    I love this one. :-) I was "there" all last month, but very bad early June. Panic attacks and depressed.

    Then I got sick (hayfever and asthma) and sort of lay around feeling half dead the last week of June, which actually helped as it gave me time to just do nothing and rest.

    This morning was the first morning I woke up feeling human in a month.
