Here are things that matter to me:
1) I HAVE BEEN MARRIED TO THE SAME GREAT LADY (CELESTINE) SINCE MARCH 1,1980.
2) I AM A RECOVERING ALCOHOLIC.(SOBER SINCE 17 DECEMBER 1990)
3) I AM BI-POLAR.
4) I HAVE SEIZURES.(MOST OF MY LIFE)
5) I HAVE TRIED TO TAKE MY OWN LIFE WAY TO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST.
TO CAP IT ALL OFF IT IS A WONDERFUL DAY TO BE ALIVE.

Just a hint....good for the mind, L-Glutamine...look it up. It's a natural amino acid brain feeder. Can be brought at Wal-Mart Pharmacy section. But..also keep taking your meds. God does love you, you are very special to Him.

ReplyDeleteI know God loves us all, but just to say one thing Mr. Mike. I am so proud of you. My son is bi-polar also, but so many other things to & I don't know how to help him. He's a mama's boy and he lies so much. Oh I don't want to cry on your shoulder, but I just want you to know you have been through so much and you have a loving wife that went through it all with you.
