Great Day

Received a comment from Mike today and he asked me to share it on his blog.

(FYI this post can be added to my blog!) Sandee, today was a great day, both temp wise and my appointment with the ortho people today. My wrist is totally healed per the x-rays I got today. I still need to use the splint on my left hand when I am transferring from the wheelchair to other places. I still hope to be going home on the 27th of March.

I'm hoping Mike will be home on the 27th of March as planned.

This afternoon Mike posted a comment on my blog so I want to get it out to everyone so you'll know what's going on.

Sandee, FYI I went home on 21 Feb 2019 tripped and fell trying to enter our condo and than fell the second time Friday morning between 1 and 1:30 AM and I stayed on the living room floor all of the rest of the night. Cleveland EMS was called and I was transported back to the ER, and than admitted to the hospital, last night I was transported to Broadview Multi-Care Center 5520 Broadview Road Parma, OH 44134-1605. I am in Unit A room 10 bed 1. I am using the facility’s computer to post this. I cannot log into my account because I forgot my password.

Update on Mike

I spoke with Mike this afternoon and he's doing better. He's hoping that he can come home next week. He is upbeat and doing what the physical therapy people are asking of him. He's ready to come home and we're ready for him to come home too.

For those that sent him cards he sends his thanks. They are most cherished and he sent them home with Celestine so they wouldn't get lost.

Where Has Mike Been?

The first part of January was the last time anyone heard from Mike. Many of us were worried and finally I went in search for Mike and Celestine's phone number. I found it this morning and decided to call their home. Celestine answered and it took her a minute to figure out who I was. Once she did she gave me Mike's phone number and I gave him a call.

Mike is in a rehabilitation hospital in Cleveland. He was in good spirits and we talked for a very long time. He's doing what the doctors and the medical staff want him to do and he's hoping he can come home soon. He asked me to reach out to everyone and let them know what's happening. He sends his love to all. I will stay in touch with them both and relay any relevant information that I have permission to relay. I hope Mike can come home in the near future.

An Update aboutCelestine

Celestine has been home for about a half an hour.she has a ton of appointments,and she is on restrictions on what she can consume.

An Update.

Celestine called me she will be staying in the hospital for a couple of day while they run tests on here. I just want them to find out what's wrong and FIX IT!!!!!! Is that too much to ask???

Celestine is Home again. they pumped a buch of fluilds into her and she is feeling better that she was feeling yesterday when she went to the ER.for that I'm greatful. she said she did not sleep well in the hospital so she wante to grab a shower and than take a nap.

Celestine called me they put an IV in her and they are keeping her at least overnight to keep an eye on her.Plese keep her in you Prayersand the staff at the hospital in your prayers as well as they try to get her well again.

An Update

I went to bed around 10:45 PM last night and when I woke up this morning I felt my old self again. I guess I really needed to rest.

Went to my Doctor Today

I was at my doctors office today at 11:30 and they gave me an anti-inflammatory shot and medication. When I got home I slept in my recliner. I just finished eating a late lunch of Wonton soup. The shot is already helping me some.

About Celestine

Celestine is home. They are still not positively sure what happened to her. They do not want her driving for the time being until she sees a neurologist.

Celestine just called.

Celestine just called me. They think that Celestine had a TIA because she was slurring her speech and had weakness in her arms and legs. They are keeping her overnight and will do an MRI on her tomorrow. They did some tests today including a cat scan. Please continue to keep her in your prayers.

An Update.

Celestine's surgery went well. She is back home and resting. She has to stay off her feet for the next 2 days.

A follow up on a prayer request.

Wanda has posted an update about her daughter Alice.We still need to keep her and every one else that is suffering from depression and other mental illness in our prayers(yes me included).Prayers are goo they do get answered.
Case in point, last year I posted a urgent pray request for Silly Willy and fluffy's Daughter,I got this from them about her;Just a note, Ginny is really coming along! Yours prayers were tremendous in her recovery. Your friends Bob & Laverne aka Silly Willy & Fluffy

Celestine just got home from taking her Mom to the Doctor's office and she is cancer free,the health isses that I had asked every one to pray for her has been answered.

My Mother in law Christine has asked me to thank all of you for adding her to your prayers.

Update on my MIL Christine.

Christine,my MIL had her bone marrow test done on Monday it will be about 3 weeks before we know the results fully.They started her on Procrete and for the next 3 weeks she will go each Monday for an injection.I guess that the doctors decided to start this treatment to build up a deviancy that she has. Please continue to pry for her.

an update

as the title says I'm doing much better today.my cousin is making arrangements for his family and himself.he still needs prayers,for his family and especially for him.I worry about his ability to cope with what is going on.

I recieved this from Silly Willy and Flufy in an Email:We thank you so much for all your prayers and your
prayer group. Ginny continues to make progress in her rehabilitation but it will take a lot of
work on her part. She has worked harder than she ever has in her life. The Acute Rehab Team was amazed at her progress. The power of prayer and God's Grace has touched her and continues to bring her forward. She returned home to her family and is scheduled for Out Patient Rehabilitation. She will continue to need everyones prayers and strength to help
her progress.

With this being said,I hope that every one is keeping their daughter in their prayers
