NOTE TO SELF,YOUR LAPTOP COMPUTER IS ALMOST 9 YEARS OLD IT DON'T LIKE WINDOWS 10 AND IT DON'T LIKE BEING SIGNED INTO MICROSOFT,BOTH KEEP CAUSING YOU TROUBLE STOP IT!! YOUR COMPUTER DIED ANT IT TOOK YOU 1.5 HOURS TO GET IT BACK IN WORKING ORDER THIS TIME!!! Be very careful GOLCH YOU KNUCKLEHEAD.

 

Just learned a new computer trick

In the wow I did that,I was able to enlarge the stuff on my computer.found it by accident it is easier for me to see posts and stuff on my desktop!

well maybe I do have the compter working the right way

It looks like the second time is the charm,It took two tries to get the product key into this computer and up and running.

Computer Grief,AGAIN!

Yesterday I posted this on my Face Book Page Damn,the computer quite working at 7:15 pm nothing would open or function so I had to drag out the restore discs and now I have it back to all factory and now I have to go and get all the updates.
I am happy to report that things are getting back to normal.

FYI

Yep I had the computer lock up last night I could not open files up nor could I access the system restore. today I did a trick that I remember from when I had HP support. I used my system restore disks by putting disk one in than shutting down the computer,pulled the power cord from the back of the computer,than put the power cord back in  turned the power back on all the while hitting the F11 button until I got the system restore to start running. that took a total of 3 hours from the start of the discs until I could use the computer again. Now to go get the Updates needed.

we will see if HP can get it right

Fed Ex just dropped off the shipping package for I can return this infernal HP 110-124 computer to the repair shop again.This Time I hope they get the thing fixed right this time. because when I sent it to them both UBS ports did work and the computer did read my 8GB flash drive,when they returned the computer to me with a replacement Motherboard only one USB Port worked and the dang thing would not read the 8GB flash drive. Dear God Please help them get it right this time!

I cannot win

Posted on my Facebook account:updates done am about to restart the computer,if you do not see me in ten miniutes,that means system problem again and I will be on the phone to HP!

well folks the system is messed up I got that dreaded "Failure to configure windows update" error message again, so I called HP AGAIN This time the had me shut of the computer and restart the computer hitting F-2 to run tests and they determined based on the tests that the windows on my computer are corrupted so they are sending me Restore Disc to fix the computer, they said to turn off the updates until I get the discs and use them. the said I could use the system restore feature to get the computer where I can use my computer for the time being. Especially since I'm basically stuck here at home. I am beginning to fell like this:

Yep you guessed it,computer grief again,this time some updates came automaticially from either HP of Microsoft, I recieved a popup that said restart computer for updates to take effect,so id did and that's when all hell broke loose. FAILURE TO CONFIGURE WINDOWS UPDATES REVERTING CHANGES DONOT TRUN OFF COMPUTER. THE BAD PART THE DANG COMPUTER NEVER DID REVERT. I ENDED UP CALLING HP THEN HAD ME FORCE THE COMPUTER TO TURN OFF BY HOLDING IN THE POWER BUTTON. UNPLUGGING THE POWER CORD THAN HOLDING THE POWER BUTTON IN FOR 30 SEC.THAN PLUGGING IN THE POWER AGAIN AND TURNIONG THE COMPUTER BACK ON.GOT THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE SO I WAS TOLD TO TURN OFF THE COMPUTETR THAT TURN IT BACK ON AND TO CONTINUE TO REPEATLY AND FAST THE F11 BUTTON. FORCING THE COMPUTER INTO RECOVERY MODE. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAL PROMISED A CALL BACK IN 2 HOURS THAT CALL BACK HAS NOT HAPPENED  AND IT IS CLOSE TO AN HOUR AFTER SAID CALL BACK TIME. SO I DECIDED TO JUST TURNOFF THE UPDATES FROM BOTH MICROSOFT AND HP UNTILL SUCH TIME AS I KNOW THAT MY COMPUTWER WILL PERFORM THE WAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO.
A MONTH AND A HALF AGO I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND IT TOOK A COUPLE TRIES,WITH THE SYSTEM RESTORE VIA F11 AND THAN A SERVICE TECH HAD TO REMPOTELY ACCESS MY COMPUTER TO FIX IT.SOO I IMANAGINE THAT IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN.

there are days when you....

THERE ARE DAYS WHEN YOU JUST WANT TO DROP KICK THE COMPUTER OUT INTO THE LAKE. that's how I felt today when I had an uncooperative computer.I finally got it working after a couple of hours,but not before I threaten to drop kick the fine piece of equipment into Lake Erie.
A least I finely got it to work.
