The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

My MIL

My mother-in law is coming home today.they are not quite sure what is wrong with her they did give her a transfusion but part of the transfusion ended up on the floor. I'm beginning to think that the staff where she is at just care bout receiving a paycheck and that caring for the patient takes a back seat.they had her on a monitor ans were several other patients and the staff was mainly sitting at their station and letting the monitors just go off and not bothering to check the patients.I know that there are health care workers that do care about the patients but there are some that donot, and that seems to be the case where my MIL is at.It is a sad inditement one the different profession in this country.I say this because as a corrections officer I ran into the same aptithy as we saw at the hospital where my MIL was at.Not only the staff but the doctors seem to be uncareing as well, case of point there are conflicting directions about my mother in laws discharge instructions.

  1. Good Afternoon Mike,
I'm glad your MIL is getting to come home. It is a shame tho that alot of health care workers don't really care about the patients. They shoudn't even be working there if they are not going to have a caring heart for patients. I didn't post yesterday because we had a busy day here. I did do a post today tho. Take care my friend and have a great evening. May God Bless You and Yours.
