The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

A prior post

As I had reported on a previous post the pilot that crashed into Lake Erie was recovered and they had his funeral today. It seems that the unfortunate fellow had a heart attack while taking off from the airport.
I guess if you gotta go you might as well be doing something that you love doing when you go.

  1. Good Morning Mike,
It was such a sad thing to happen to that pilot. I do remember hearing about the plane crash, but havne't heard anymore details lately about it. Tis bitterly cold here in the South. It is 19 degrees with a windchill of 6 degrees this morning. My DH got home around 6:15a.m. and when I opened the door to let him in, it was frigid out there. According to the radar on my Sidebar, it is showing some Snow flying around. Cross your fingers that we at least get a little dusting so I can take a couple of pictures. I wanted to "THANK YOU" for the nice comments about my blog. I have to tell you tho, that when I first started blogging, I didn't know didly squat about blogging or how to add things to my blog. It just so happened that there was a lady that lived in a town not far from me that was blogging and had been blogging for over a year and she helped me get started. I even let her do some of my earlier decorating. I was clueless as how to do things. Then after her help and me playing around with things, I learned how to do some of those things. Oh, I still have lots to learn beleive me. And, some I may never learn. The way I have my blog now, is how I decorated it myself by playing around with things. My template is a blogger template and I just added things to it. I just learned how to do a new thing this week as well. I'm sure you will learn things as you go along. Just don't give up. Just keep on keeping on and do what you can. I have seen other blogs that are more beautiful than mine. I don't have the software that alot of them use, so I just use what I have access to. "THANK YOU" for the big hug as well. LOL. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours. How is your Mother-In-Law doing? Have they found out anything yet?

    Hugs back at ya,
    Karen H.
