The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

the Officer who was gunned down yesturday.

The officer that I asked prayers for is out of surgery.He was in surgery for a very long time.He was shot around 7 pm.and did not gey out of surgery until almost 11 pm. If it was not for his fellow officers just grabbed him and put him in a squad car and going to the hospital this man would not have had a chance. I thank one and all for the prayers offered.I hope that you continue to pray for a speedy recovery.

    I already read your latest post. This is a tragedy and a reminder that the police put their lives on the line every day to keep our streets safe. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

    Yes they do put themselves on the line if they did not there would be anarchy.
