The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

  1. Yep. I sometimes miss the '60's insanity was seems much more sane than the present insanity.

  6. Mike,

I lived through the 60s and it was a troubled time, but nothing compared to the insanity of today. I well remember all the things that happened in that era, the Kennedy assasinations and that of Martin Luther King. The shootings at Kent State, the Vietnam War and the list goes on and on. But somehow today seems worse because of all the horrible things we see in the news.

Thanks for commenting on my child abuse post. That is one example of the insanity of today.

    Blessings to you and yours.

Mary, this is quite true, they were some sading times back than,I would still likew to be there instead of here, where women strap bombs to themselves trying to kill others.
