Jo it would br grand if theree was no more wars.Given the status of the human mind set I doubt that the will never be wars for a long time,if ever.

Brenda.both my Dad and My Father in law are vets of WW2 and both of them went for their just rewards before God.I felt Blessed to have them in my life.

ReplyDeleteI've always said the saying "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" is backward, it should read Land of the Brave and Home of the Free - only because the military and their braveness and stand on keeping our country safe, is what MAKES our home FREE!

Tina,we have a great tradition of military service.My Dad,my FIL,My Uncle Rich(Mom's Brother) Both of my BIL's Several cousins as well.
Travis I was just one of many that has chosen to serve my Country.I did however made a choise to serve in the Air Force.following my Dad's footsteps since he was Army Air Force.
