The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW

I have sign up for my continuing Education Courses that I need to take to keep my Real Estate license. I have to do this every 3 years before my birthday and pay my renewal fee as well or my license would just lapse. and if I wanted to get back int real estate I would have to take the 120 hours of training all over again and pass the license exam again. so it is cheaper for me to maintain my license that to let it lapse.
With this being said I may not be doing a lot of postings or visiting and commenting as I usually do.
I will keep every posted on my progress, and the results of the stress test that I'm going to have done on the 19Th of this month.
Hugs and God's Blessings and Love to all.Mike G. said that!(It's an A.A.thing of mine)

  1. Thanks for the heads-up Mike. I understand why you don't want to let your license lapse. Good luck. I'll see you when I see you. The stress test isn't all that bad either. You'll see. Have a great day sweetie. Big hug. :)

  4. Sara, Thank you for the good wishes.

Jennifer.Thank you as well. I just have to do the continuing ed. it is cheaper to do that than to let the license go and that I would cost me a heck of a lot moer money and time if I do go back in the business.

  6. I am glad you are keeping up your real estate license. Even though the houseing market is not that great at the moment, you never know when it might just take a turn for the better. :)
