The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

Fun at Golch Central NOT!

As the Title states we have not been having fun here at Golch Central.Yesterday I had a doctor's appointment and had between ten and fifteen small seizures. Then this Morning around 2:15 am Celestine was moaning,I thought that she was having a nightmare.Wrong. She had an extremely low blood sugar reading and was for the most part unconscious.,she had a blood glucose reading of 22 which is extremely low. I had no choice but to call 911 for a EMS squad. They administered a dose of strong glucose via intravenous injection. That brought Celestine back . At that point the Ems People suggested the she need to eat something because the injection that they gave her would not last very long and she would end up having a low blood sugar reading again.

  12. You and Celestine certainly had your share of health issues this week, Mike. Good thing you were there for Celestine, as 22 is extremely low. Diabetes is such a pain! I know, I am a type 2 diabetic myself. Take good care and have a good weekend.

    Hugs and blessings,

    Renie
