Tueaday's thoughts part 1.
Right now I want to share some thing of a positive note.It has been a while since I posted about my weight loss.well today is the day. I had started out this journey weighting 311 lbs. when I got on the scale today I weighed.....Drum Roll Please.........291 lbs. Yep I have lost a total of 20 lbs.

ReplyDeleteJennifer,it is something that I just had to do.when I was weighing over 300 lbs the seizures were really bad,now that I have lose some weight they are not thay sever as they were so I will take what I can get.
JC the trick will be keeping the weight off.as long as i maintain the right eating habits maybe this time I'll keep the weight off.
