A great Idea!
I just ran across a great Idea over at Jen's website. It is called a positive day.One of her daughters actually came up with the idea and it makes sence to me.So PLEASE go visit my friend Jennifer at Hostage Central.AKA Dust Bunny Hostage.
On July 31, share the things in your life that are positive. Count your blessings. Tell us why you are thankful. CHOOSE to "accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative."

ReplyDeleteI've said it before and I will say it again. You have a heart of gold Mike. Thank you so much for this post.
ReplyDeleteGod Bless!
several years ago you would not have thought so highly of me.
ReplyDeleteAwesome idea, I can always use a positive day.
ReplyDeleteParrick,can't we all.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea. I'll go take a look Mike.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific day. Big hug. :)
Sandee, that it is,as the saying goes out of the mouth of babes.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea Mike. I'll have to do that on that day. I do gratitude lists fairly regularly but this seems more specific.
ReplyDeleteI'm headed over to her blog. I've banned all negativity from my life and I've stopped even saying negative things. Yes, things still happen, distractions, problems, life but it's the internal dialogue you have with yourself that makes the difference.
ReplyDeleteThanks again Mike!
Syd,this is a great idea that Jennifer's daughter came up with.I look forward to seeing you post for that day.
ReplyDeleteMountain Woman,That is a great idea of yours.
I like it!
ReplyDeleteWanda's Wings so do I.
ReplyDeleteA great idea! I think we so often forget about all the things we need to be grateful for, and dwell on our problems. And sometimes they are only perceived problems which disappear when they are looked at in the right frame of mind.
ReplyDeleteSheila,you are right about that.
