The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

    Nice wish, but I don't think it's going to happen. I've not seen such political strife in a very long time. I don't think it's going to go away anytime soon either. Great post though. :)

    The people who do and say these things about ANY sitting US president really get under my skin. They make me want to say some really awful things to them but I'm trying to refrain and take the higher road. It's amazing to me how people with little else to do with their time think it sufficient to rile up others with fear tactics and labels that no man deserves to wear on his back.

    Pathetic people. Same ones running to tea parties I presume.

    I am with you on this one Mike. I think it belittles any validity to good arguments you may post on a blog in regards to your political beliefs, when you turn around the very next day and post something like this!!

    Mike, I agree. I think that the same fear tactics used by the Nazi regime are being used today though. The fear mongers are trying to stir up people who don't want to think for themselves. That is my worry. The President is a good, intelligent leader of this country. I support him totally. I wonder what it is that make people resort to such hatred?

    These are some very interesting times we are living in right now and the President seems to keep himself right in the middle of a lot of what is going on. That is probably a good thing, but it does allow for some crazy reactions to what is going on with him.
