The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

MOTHER'S DAY

Happy Mothers Day.Mothers Day is not a regular day,is a special one.If you are not celebrating Mothers Day you make a big mistake.Today dawns as just another day, but with a special meaning that we want to go beyond a slogan in the malls. A special meaning for women who will be mothers or who are already in the Mother’s Day, celebrated the first Sunday in May in many places.
Women who expect only that they are good for a day, this one, the other days, with their children. Recalling the time of delivery with emotion.
Who spend sleepless nights when they can not sleep, when they are sick. Receiving his first words, first steps, their first greeting crafts with tears in their eyes and most of the joys.
They leave everything to be with them in their first experiences in this world. That are organized to magically work with the house and one without falling defeated in the effort. That can not wait to return to his side.
They see their children grow up proud, and come to their grandchildren, our mothers, mothers and grandmothers to whom we owe so much.
This is our little tribute to all of them, that motherhood made them better, bigger, fuller, more alive. For all those women, Happy Mother’s Day!

Day of Reflection
Why is celebrated on Mother’s Day?, Is a question that can be interpreted many different ways, from trade, from the psychological, looks feminists, among others, the fact is that the mother in today’s society is perhaps playing a major role in the home. In most cases is present or not the husband, the mother is the pillar that holds the family.
Mother’s Day is the date that celebrates motherhood and reminds us of the sweet side and more rewarding: The smiles of children, a sense of fulfillment in life, personal growth involved, the rewards daily effort and pleasure to see children grow up and accompany them in life.
But Mother’s Day also can help us reflect on the social value given to the breeding and the conditions exist for it, because although all the mothers of the world we share ‘oxytocin’ infinite love to the children and good intentions , the country where we form our family identifies and facilitates the work or harms.
There are cultures where children are a joy, it gives vital importance to children and knows that “it takes a village to raise a child”, children are integrated into everyday life, reconciliation means to be together and not separated long hours, and nursing and maternity exercise is considered a right of women and part of female power and subjection.
But there are other cultures where pregnancy is bad news and the first cause for dismissal and ‘mobbing’ work, where most women attaches more importance to work to have children, made respectable and legitimate in themselves but society adult-centric means invisible to motherhood, underestimate their paper instead of considering an investment, not aid support, maternity leave, flexible work longer real.
Mothers are the best example of dedication and perseverance. Their children represent the effort of a lifetime and are a source of proud moments in his heart that will last forever. During this special day is remembered for mothers and their important role in society.
The mother within the household as a social nucleus is very important whether by culture, tradition, information, customs and tradition, women
is needed at home, because in a way the woman is the agent for channeling certain functions of the same for men are not prepared, genetic or culturally.

Why we celebrate Mother’s Day?
Celebrate Mother’s Day is almost a worldwide tradition in all countries celebrate and pay homage to that being who gave us life, the women who work everyday at home, next to their children, working mothers or single heads of households are doing their best to follow suit them.
Initially the first celebrations of Mother’s Day began in ancient Greece, when the gods paid homage to Rhea, his mother. Also in Rome took this tradition of the Greeks and the offering in the temple of Cybele on March 15.
In the Christian world the celebration was more religious in nature and the celebration was done in honor of the Virgin Mary.
While in 1907, Anna Jarvis, daughter of Anna Reeves Jarvis, a community activist from West Virginia in the United States reached the 1914 President Woodrow Wilson officially established, the celebration of Mother’s Day, second Sunday in May , the day he lost his mother.
Before her death, Anna Jarvis said that he had repented of promoting this celebration because it had become a trading date.
Although in many parts some people consider this day purely commercial, it’s worth a day to recognize the work that makes the woman who gave us life, as best as a tribute to someone who says a song never get tired of waiting.
