I know how hard it is to keep the weight down Mike. You have to change your eating habits, but you already know that. Eat lots of fruit and veggies and no junk food. Lean meat and salads with low cal dressing. It's boring, but it get the weight off and keeps it off. It is something you have to do every single day for the rest of your life. Drat.

Sorry it's one of those days. It's so hard to deal with weight because it never ends. I've been losing weight, but have been feeling munchy the last few days too. Hang in there!

ReplyDeleteMike, I think that emotional eating is what is hard to overcome. One of my sponsees is in OA and he has lost a lot of weight. Changing behavior around eating is good. There are a lot of snack bars that are healthy and aren't junk. Good luck with it.
