The purpose of the MARE was to test the response of the base’s and the city of Jacksonville’s first responders. Welch is a medical technician assigned to the 19th Aerospace Medicine Squadron.

These brave men and women sacrifice so much in their lives just so others may get to enjoy freedom. For that I am proud to call them Hero.

If You Can't Do Something Smart, Do Something Right
You and I know that training is the key. Do it over and over and over and when the stress of the actual event happens you'll instinctively know what to do.
