ReplyDeleteI like your Awww poster, Mike. It reminds me of the five years (lost) that I spent in the Army.
ReplyDeleteWell, really wasn't lost. The place I worked for before getting drafted had to close because of the Eisenhower recession (it was as bad as Bush's) and so I had gained skill in the electronics field that I could get a civilian employee governemnt job in for the next 17 years. Then too the GI Bill put me through college and I could work the next 22 years in a different field.

ReplyDeleteKathe W. Kathe W. I will not ever forget,as a Boy Scout I halped OPlace Flags at the graves of veterans and participated in services for the fallon and as a Veteran my self I have to honor those that gave their all for my freedom.
