The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

Feline Friday #77

My buddy Steve of Burnt Food Dude started this meme because he wanted everyone to know that he doesn't hate cats. I'm still not convinced that he loves cats, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

One thing for sure is this is a fun and easy meme to do. So come and join us in Feline Friday.

My Late Harvey and I on our last Christmas together 2010

  6. Aw, rest in peace, sweet Harvey. So sad when they have to go to the Bridge. As I am approaching 50 years old come February and have been a cat lover all my life, I have quite a few who have gone over the years. The worst was when I took in a guy who happened to have feline leukemia, and I didn't know. This happened just about a year prior to when the vaccine was released. I had several other cats, and most of them ended up getting infected. I lost a total of three when all was said and done. It was devastating.
Happy holidays to you, and may you have happy memories of Harvey.
