Mike,
ReplyDeleteMagnificent "M" mewsic but "Mickey" makes me move with its peppy, catchy tune. Thanks for joining the 4M gals on the dance floor, my friend. Have a marvelous week!
Kathy kennedy I'm glad you enjoyed my tunes.
ReplyDeleteHey Mike,
ReplyDeleteAnother M post! I think we M's got lucky: there are so many great songs that start with the letter M. You showcased some really good ones here. I haven't heard Manic Mondays is sooo long! Sounded great! Never heard Mr. Bass Man: that was a cool song. The Mickey video wasn't available here and I wasn't sure what song it was so I went to YouTube and looked it up: I knew the song within the first few beats and it was fun to listen to. I know the song but never heard of Toni Basil. "Mickey" took me back to the early 80s -- my college years. So long ago...
Great M post Mike. Have an awesome week,
Michele at Angels Bark
You have two of my husband's favorites: Mickey and Mr. Bass Man. Too bad I'm here on a Wednesday, because I love the Mamas and the Papas, and I could have used a Monday song back on Monday. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteGood choices. I'm very happy to see "Mr. Bass Man" among your choices, because that's a great song. I think Sha Na Na did it years ago, with Bowser doing the bass part as only he can.
ReplyDeletePretty cool "M" list going on here Mike.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
