ReplyDeleteMike,
ReplyDeleteI remember watching Soup Sales as a kid. Howdy Doody was before my time and I'm not sure if the Mickey Mouse Club aired in the late 60s when I would've been old enough to watch it. Obviously that's been too many years for me to remember, too. Thanks for sharing the dance floor with the 4M gang with your TV show mewsic theme. Have an awesome week!
omg so sorry I'm so very late... I've had back issues so I'm trying to get to everyone as soon as I can. hahaha omg I haven't thought of or seen Soupy Sales in like forever... he use to make me laugh so hard.. hahaha Hubby likes him too. He's watchin' with me. LOL Howdy Doody.. well, it's a tad before my time, but I might have watched reruns and Mickey Mouse... are you kiddin'? Faithful watcher here! I loved the cartoons. It's such a shame Annette F. died with that disease, but her husband loved her so much and took such good care of her.
ReplyDeletemessymimi,thanks
ReplyDeleteCathy Kennedy,I'm old enough to remember all of these.
Marie Moody,I hope your back issues clear up soon.Howdy Doodle is not for me.it was on in the 50's.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howdy_Doody
Awesome choices, Mike! My mom loved Soupy Sales and Howdy Doody when she was a kid! :)
ReplyDeleteI remember all of these. Shared with my husband. I wasn't around in 1947 but I had to notice those children were dressed the same as those of the mid 1950's when I may have been in that audience. Except I wasn't. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
