The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck, manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly - all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house and take care of my family. Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life. And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

  2. Mike,

'Thriller' is the greatest song choice for the Halloween season. I remember how crazy popular MJ's song was back in the day and it still remains so. You need to be sure to check out my artwork on Thursday. I did a few sketches from the 'It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown' for this week's 'Halloween' theme. Ahh, I love the vintage sound of Nat King Cole. What a great way to close your post! Listening to his mellow voice relaxed me greatly. Thanks for hitting the dance floor with the 4M gang this week. Have a boogietastic day, my friend!

  7. Wow, that playlist of classic songs was fantastic - something to just sit and crochet to between Nat King Cole, Billie Holiday and everyone else (including an old fav, Shine On Harvest Moon). The third video (Andrew Gold and the animated house) kind of grew on me, although I'm glad I don't live next door to that house - yikes! Thank you for the enjoyment. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
