FYI about the seizures that I have

On the posting called just a quicky,I remember writing the post up to the point where I said that I cannot.the rest of it I do not remember nor do I remember posting it and turning off the computer,and monitor.The next thing that I remember was waking up and Celestine was home from shopping and going over to her Moms house. Most of all I am sorry that I scared the living daylights out of you.

Man was I having a bad time.

I woke up from my nap,had dinner than watched a T.V. program.I just turend this computer back on and saw the last post that I did.The bad part is I donot remember doing the last part of the post nor publishing it.
I now know I was having a bad time.sometimes I start getting a headache that I remember starting to happen,when I started the last post.The rest of it was during a blackout.I do not remember shutting off the computer and laying down.

Paddy was in New York. He was patiently waiting and watching the traffic cop on a busy street crossing. The cop stopped the flow of traffic and shouted, "Okay, pedestrians." Then he'd allow the traffic to pass.

He'd done this several times, and Paddy still stood on the sidewalk.

I have given this some thought.

This post is about how I manage my blog. every blog on blogger has the ability of comment moderation and word verification. I for one cannot see why if I moderating the comments that are left for that I should make the commenter also jump through the hoop of word verification as well.I do not see the sense in that. The word verification is to prove that the commenter is a person not a computer program that just generates spam.
The reason I do not use the word verification is two fold. 1) if a person has a problem called dyslexia (transposing of letters) that word verification is a royal pain.I know I have that problem.That is why I am so glad that there is spell check for when I'm posting.
2) It would be redundant to use both methods of filtering out Spam.
THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AND HOW I CONTROL MY BLOG,I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE ELSE HOW TO RUN THEIR BLOG.

I post prayer request and different things to honor our service men and women.this is one of the reasons for why I do this,I was left this comment on Operation Thank A Vet;and wanted to share it with you.
Mike this is a wonderful thing!! I can't bring myself to watch it.

Bill's unit goes for training in two weeks and they went on the roster for deployment a couple of months ago.

Please all prayers are so needed and welcomed. Three times Mike...we are all very concerned!! I can't give you his full name. But he is a Sergeant. God knows his name.

He's done Dessert Storm, Iraq, and now Afghanistan...it's just too too close to my heart. It will also drain every drop out of my satellite connection.

Congratulations to Sandee and congratulations to you!! WowZer...you really got yourself a very special contributor!!

Sandee is the top of the tops and I love her to death!! I have no clue how she keeps as she already does!! She is one amazing person!!

Thanks you for the tribute to our soldiers. It is very hard for them and their families!!

Jackie,I am honored to do this for military members,during the Viet Nam war,The Servicemen and women were looked down upon due to the un-popularity of the war that was wrong to do. I was spit on for wearing my uniform into my high school while on leave.the young man that did was reminded to people in uniforms have given their lives for him to be able to what he did.

I normally do not get in the middle of the political debates about which side is the right side.
The radical Righties and the Loonie Leftys are having a field day with each other,and the country are the ones caught in the middle.way too may blogs condem the President for his health care plans,it will raise premiums they say.too many blogs say the government does not do enogh to help poor people.mean while the country almost slipped into the same craphole it was in in the 30's because of the depression! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! WHEN IN THE HELL ARE BOTH SIDES GONNA WAKE UP AND SMELL THE TRASH THAT THEY ARE CAUSING?????????
I am not saying either side has the solutions It is time that both side move to the center for the SAKE OF THE WHOLE COUNTRY INSTEAD OF DIFFERENT FACTIONS OF IT.
I FEEL IT IS TIME FOR ALL THE DAMN LOBBIESTS AND THE SPECIAL INTEST GROUPS GET THE HELL OUT OF OUR GOVERNMENT.

when I was talking about my first marriage I only talked about the bad stuff in the marriage,we did have some good times as well.We did some silly thing and some fun things.The first time and only I went to Disneyland (a childhood dream come true)was as an adult with my first wife MaryEllen.we have been to places like fisherman's wharf,Cannery Row in Monterrey,Winchester Mystery house.and a bunch of other things that have escaped my mind now.

Parts of me.( I am not a Saint) or it's the I ten T errors

I maybe sorry that I posted this one,but her it goes.
As I have been traveling the great land of Blog,I have been sharing different parts of my life.there still is a bunch of stuff about me that maybe or maybe I have not posted about much here on my own blog.

There is a reason that I started to post recovery blogs as a special part of my blog sidebar. I have discussed the alcholism of mine.I am also bi-polar,I have tried to commit susicide many times in the past,that monster still is with me I just try to keep that one on a short leash.

I have some problems that were caused by my time in the Air Force.The sad part is that the Military said that my problems were caused prior service.
the V.A. still maintains that to this very day.I have decided to just give up fighting with the "government" on this one. the government in their infinate wisdom has decided that any vetern that has drug abuse or alchol problem are their own doing and the service did not cause the problem.this is true to some point no one force me to drink nor to take the drugs( acid & speed and who know what else) that I took.I admit that this was a form of self medication that I did to cope with my military service.
I am not proud of this part of my history,but it is what it is.

Now for the really shameful part of my life I have had a violent temper and because of that it created for a verry stormy first marriage.
There was an other aspect of that train wreck,I was accused of cheating by my wife based on rumors that fellow wives were telling her. I never cheated on her.Unfortunaly while on a tempory duty assignment she cheated on me with of my best friend. i could have held that agaist her and filed for divorce.but I still wanted to make things work.I though when I got out of the Air Force that maybe we would have a chance of doing that.We both started Taking Classes at Sacramento City College.we both got our A.A. degrees.I tried to go to the 4 year collage to get my B.A. but due to my head being on backward I ended up on academic probation because of my grade.the following semester my grades did not meet the standards again and was placed on academic suspension.
The marriage was floundering we seperated.That is when my true mistress( the one that has always been in the backround) took over me ,and my drinking escalated.

I think that I will stop for now.maybe soon I will revisit this part of my past. Wow 2 long winded postins in one weeks time.

As the say says the 1,000Th posting.My reflection of my past present and Future.
Well folks here go the big milestone.
One of the suggestions was to hold a virtual blog party,I would if I knew how.
One of the other suggestiohs was to show how I started and how the blog has progressed. I did some of that and I did a perspective on how I got to this point.

I think I will start with the first posting that I did:
the title of this first posting was called Stuff.

Well I guess I must confess that 1)I'm new at this 2) I will probably come across as being silly,but who cares. 3)if common ties had not changed it's format I probably would never be doing this.I really enjoyed the stories that I have read and commented on.

That being said I still enjoy reading the stories written on the different blogs that I follow.
The more thing change they stay the same.I still do not care if I come across as silly.
that being said those that have been following me has seen the direction of this blog change in different ways. once upon of time it was filled with rants against products,and people,and things that just aggravated me to no end. Sometimes my post still do. Now I also celebrate life and ask for prayers for those that need it.

Let's explore the side of me that does not get mentioned as much as maybe it should.I have been know to pull the most stupidest stunts while growing up. Once my partner in crime Irv and I played urban wall climbing,we started out on a street called Train Ave.Right below a bridge carrying Fulton road over it.Mind you between the two of them was a lot of space.I do not know the exact distance it is from the top of the bridge down to Train Ave.Nor do I really want to.All I know is that we climbed up to the top of the bridge via the supporting wall and a brick building.It took a long time for 2 teenagers to climb it,and by the time we reached the top of it we were 2 tuckered out kids.Our parents never knew about this stunt,good thing we would have been grounded for life. At my Mom's wake in 2003 Irv's sister Judy finally spilled the beans about this stunt.Irv's Mom Betty shot me such a look to say you did what?I think she would have grounded Irv if she had the chance.there were other dumb thing we did when were kids.What kid does not do these thing.I think that is where the saying that what does not kill you makes you stronger.
Fast forward to senior High School,I attended Max S.Hayes vocation training high school.I majored in Electronics.I'm not saying I was the most ambitious kid there I could have applied my self a lot more.One of the other Kids at the High School was Rodger Golba he and I were the class clowns.As every one know you have the Valedictorian an the Salutatorian.(the top 2 of the class)
Rodger and I ended up as the VAl and Sal of the other.Rodger was the val and I was the sal of the other end.I am not proud of my performance in school. Our class the class of January 1971 were the last January graduating class of the school.As of July 1971 there was only the June graduations from that point on.I am proud on one thing and That I that I am a Letterman. I have a big H that I was able to place on my high school jacket.so it was not for a glamorous sport like basketball or wrestling as those were the prime sports at the school.I got mine for being a (sigh) Cheerleader.
After Graduation I held several jobs losing the all because: 1) I was"too young" ,and here's my favorite one 2) "You do not have enough experience".How are you supposed to get the experience if you cannot keep the job??
So now this leads me to joining the service.at first I said I wanted to join the Navy as did one of my Cousins did.Dad would hear nothing of that Idea,we argued about which service I should go into.Finally we agreed on the US Air Force,after all He had served in the US Army Air Force and had been apart of the occupational forces in Japan after the war.
while in the service(1971-1974) I did a crazy thing when I got to my firstperminate(my squadron assignment) party base. I was part of the 2951st C.L.S.S.I had bought a Honda 350cc motorcycle.It really improved my sense of balance. that is where my drinking really took off.Among other things.(yes I did drugs as well,that stopped when I got married) when I turned 21 I got married for the first time by 26 I was divorced.while that was going on I really got my butt into trouble because of my drinking.You have to make sure you have money in the account when you rite the check.I thought I did,but when you live in an alcoholic fog you forget to keep track of the balance.Nedless to say I found my self in a bad place,and by the grace of God I did not got to jail.But that is for a different day.
Fast forward to today.After trying to believe I could handle my drinking(HAH) I finally ended up in A.A. for the longest time in my life.I had my last drink DECEMBER 17,1990.
I have been gratefully married to my second wife and my better half Celestine now for 29 years.
so now you know a lot more about me.I know there is still a lot more I can say and will in future posting.

the good,the bad,and the ugly.

yesterday,was one of those days as I said in my Awww Monday posting. The good part of it was spending Part of the Day with Celestine and her Mom,celebrating two birthdays.Today is Her Mom's birthday,and Thursday will be my Celestine's birthday.(as a gentleman I will not revile her age.)
The bad was having seizures,and having to sleep for two hours before we were able to come home.
The ugly was having to kill the computer again.Somehow I lost a bunch of files,such as my photos(the total file not the photos that I had in it,Those i still have to put back in.),ectera. and the only way to retrieve them was to take the stinking computer back to factory settings.So when it came time to give it a description,it got this description"the pain in the ass in the living room!"

the blog count is now b-9 and counting.Thanks to all that have given me suggestions as to how To put into the 1,000 posting.

Now this is a posting against the media! why do the druggies,the drunks,get to be glorified???why is the media so willing to keep going on and on about the rich and spoiled?

the "king"(Elvis),Jim Morrison,Janis Joplin,Keith ledger,Marylin Monroe,Michael and countless others that have taken drugs and died because of an overdose.Why and the hell do they get the most attention?????? Oh I forgot they got money to buy off the problems that they caused.

Case in point the latest jerk of a football player with the Cleveland Browns.He got High than got into a car ran over an man killing him.Bought off the family and got a 30 day jail sentence!
WTF????????
Now that I got that off my chest I feel better.

well back to the drawing board.

It looks like I cannot remember the names of the sites that I used for the quotes that I featured here. You Tube is being a pain in the neck about posting videos here.so I will just have to come up with other things to put here along with the prayer requests that I post.I want to keep my blog the lively one that it is.
Not to mention all the other stuff that I had stashed away in a folder while I was redoing my blog.That stuff is gone as well.I had a folder of all my awards and folders of other stuff that I wanted to keep,and that was wiped out by me as well.
speaking of a lively post.I have a rant hidden away where I blasted the media over the three ring circus that they create when a sports person,famous celeb,politician,dies or gets their butts in trouble.
I am not sure if I want to post that one or not.I do stomp on some toes with that one. I did post it,let the chips fall where they may.

Been there as well.Like most of last week.

so it is not three column

so I cannot put it together the way I wanted to.the Two Column is a good idea. Since I reallywanted to have a three column blog I got that as well.it is located on word press. Along with most of everything that I had here.
Maybe I need to post a sign above the computer that says:don't mess with the blogger site any more!!!!!!!
Of course I did manange to add one new thing to this blog the reactions squares.

This is and shall remain the primary blog that I use.

man I screwed this up.

so much for trying to import a new blog format.Now I lost some stuff that I wanted to keep.Can I get some one to proverbial plant their foot in a certain part of my anatomy??

depression suckes.

this week has been a bad week as every one who stops by my blog knows.The one thing I have not posted about is the seizures that had been settling down came roaring back with a vengeance.I had 6 really bad ones yesterday.this has lead to the feelings of depression that I am going through.even my attempt at humor did not help much.I really have not visited the blogs that I have been following and it will take me forever to do so now with the backlog that I have stacked up. even talking long naps have not fixed my moods.it is something that I will have to ride out.

bummed out

I sitting here totally bummed out the disc that I thought had all the stuff that I backed up,I for got that I used it and the disc is blank,probably because I did something wrong the last time I used it.and did not re-save the stuff.Oh well the sad part is that I do not remember what all I had saved to the disc.
